Desserts, puddings and cakes made with cereals (such as rice or oats), milk and fruit can be included as part of a healthy, balanced diet for young children. We are excited to share one of our favourite puddings which meet these guidelines. Our Pear and Rhubarb crumble has no added sugar and is packed full of energy and nutrients. We served ours with custard (no added sugar) but it is also delicious served with greek yoghurt.
