In this months #EatInWithEarlyStart video, Edwina shares one of our favourite Friday night ‘fakeaways’.

This is the perfect recipe to prepare and enjoy as a family. The kids will have lots of messy fun with this recipe. We set up a little production line for dipping the fish in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. You can choose any fish and if you don’t have any dried breadcrumbs you can always make your own by popping some bread slices in the blender.

We also made some chunky potato wedges using sweet potatoes and served them with peas. The fish fingers and the wedges are also great finger foods for your little ones to practice biting and chewing.
