Referral Process

How Do I Refer?

We offer supervised and supported contacts for children and families known to the local authority and undergoing proceedings. If you are from a local authority outside of Newham please be aware a Purchase Order (PO) will be required prior to the Initial Planning Meeting (IPM). Should you require to make a referral please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Complete the Family Contact Centre Referral Form

Step 2: Family Contact Centre agrees dates for Initial Planning Meeting (IPM) with the referrer and confirms attendance of parent/carers requiring contact

Step 3: All supervised contacts commence with an Initial Planning Meeting. At the meeting a Contact Agreement is drawn up and signed by attendees

Step 4: Review Meetings are available on request
