There are not multiple ways to navigate the website such as a search or sitemap. This fails WCAG 2.4.5 Multiple Ways (AA).

This fails WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast Minimum (AA), 1.4.10 Reflow (AA) 2.4.3 Focus Order (A) and 2.4.4 Link Purpose (A).

The contact us page does not respond to text spacing adjustments. This fails WCAG 1.4.12 Text Spacing (AA).
Some radio buttons on forms or the enter your location field on the Family Contact Centre page do not have correct labels. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A), 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (A) and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A).
On the Nutrition page there is a hidden section of content which does not receive focus. This fails WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible (AA).
On product listing pages there are question mark icons which provide instructions to the user. These cannot be accessed by keyboard. This fails WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard (A).
Some product listings include images which do not have appropriate alt text. This fails WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content (A).
The email field in the checkout journey does not have autocomplete. This fails WCAG 1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose (AA).
Course listings contain course progress bars which do not use the correct parent elements. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A).
Course listings contain “take this course buttons” which have duplicate IDs. This fails WCAG 4.1.1 Parsing (A).
Across the website there are occasional uses of links without descriptive alt text. This fails WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose (A).
There is a virtual tour widget which is not accessible to blind users. This content should be treated as specialist and useful to other groups with different access needs. Appropriate alternative routes need to be put in place.
We have put into action a project to have the majority of these issues sorted by November 2022. The statement will be updated accordingly when changes have been made to the site. Early Start Group will be working with its Web Provider to carry out these tasks.
If you find an issue that we have yet to identify, please contact us using one of the routes described in the ‘Reporting accessibility problems with this website’ section of this statement.
At this time, we have made no claims of disproportionate burden.
